Squint

January 14, 2016

Focus: In art I have learned the wonder of squinting to focus on the most important or on what brings a scene alive - the values.

Our values inspire us to keep on, to become, to find your raison d'etre

( your most important reason for being).

In leadership development, it is no different. Taking time to define why pouring into other people is so necessary, so messy, and yet so rewarding. To watch as knowledge enters the brain and becomes trasformed into an integrity of word and action. Focus on the most important and an amazing aligning of your mind , heart and calendar begin to take shape.

Reflect: How would you describe a day that creates a smile in your mind and your heart as you head for home? How did that come to be?

Bold Action: How can you invest that into another person?
